Tom Sattler is a third generation homebuilder whose company has become widely recognized and distinguished as a leader in the design and building of elegant custom homes.  Learning the homebuilding business from his grandfather and father, Tom has been guided by the time-honored values of tradition and quality.  Though founded in 1983, the family business and Tom’s Midwestern upbringing of honesty and integrity still stand today with this celebrated builder.  Whether the design is a spacious golf course home, Tuscan-style mansion, or mountainside retreat, each home displays features built with the carefully orchestrated plan to make the custom home journey easy for the client.  Well-developed organizational systems allow Sattler Homes to deliver a consistent process, no matter the size, elevation or finish of the home design.  Sattler Homes established a long-term relationship with their customers by listening to them in order to create and deliver the home of their dreams.  This philosophy and customer-friendly system rewarded this 29-year old company with the 2003 America’s Best Builder Award.  This award, presented by Builder Magazine, recognizes business management excellence.

In addition to building exquisite homes, Tom’s desire to maintain his personal and professional values in creating quality homes carries over into his involvement with various industry associations including the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver.  He is also a National Senior Life Director of its parent organization, the National Association of Home Builders.  Tom’s passion in helping others through building is perhaps best known for the design and creation of “Show Home for Hope”, which brought the home building industry together to fashion a show home that highlighted the industry’s finest offerings.  Proceeds from public ticket sales were then donated to local charities.  Tom also heavily advocates for Habitat for Humanity.  In 2006, he chaired local Blitz Build in which 15 homes were built in one week to aid lower income families.  Recently, Tom has spread his Habitat involvement to the international level, assisting with builds in Nepal and Cambodia.
