Fletemeyer Homes is a design build contractor uniquely set up to work with clients in constructing their dream homes.  Marc Fletemeyer, president of Fletemeyer Homes, and his wife Amy, are involved from start to finish with all aspects of the design and construction of each home.  Due to the complexity of each custom home, Marc believes in total (daily) onsite supervision for every project.   He stated he also has the ability to use their own employees for trades such as framing, painting, and carpentry.  By having a strong presence on our projects, Fletemeyer can guarantee the finest workmanship, and readily adapt to all the changes that occur throughout the building process.   All of their workers are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and take great pride in performing their trades to perfection.
