Karl Willstatter, owner of K2 Construction Management, moved to Denver, Colorado in 1990 to earn a Masters degree in Real Estate Construction Management as well as in Real Estate Finance. Karl has supervised the construction of over 1,000 homes in the Denver area; many well over the million dollar mark.
As both a construction supervisor and a purchasing manager with four of the nation’s top 10 builders, he has established long-standing relationships with many Front Range subcontractors which give him the ability to negotiate the best value for his customers. Karl is intimately familiar with all of the latest construction materials and will work with each customer to match their dreams with their budget.
Karl’s fundamental goal is to build a strong foundation of trust with his customers before building the foundation of their custom homes. Keys to this trust relationship are: full disclosure of costs at each stage of the construction process, educating the buyers on the design and construction process, and personally supervising each project.
With his unique combination of construction experience and educational background, Karl is committed to ensuring his customers will be delighted with their new custom homes.
