Auburn Homes has been building fine custom homes in the Denver Metro area for the last 15 years; most recently, in the Highlands Ranch custom home development of The HighWoods and also in Cherry Hills Village. Their strength is in outstanding design and execution. Each and every home they build must have that "wow factor" starting from the curb appeal and continuing throughout the entire home. "My goal is to always have the home feel warm and inviting even before furnishings. If you accomplish that, you will have a spectacular finished product when the homeowner is moved in," says Michelle Parks of Auburn Homes. "This is created through floor plan design, architectural details and finish."
At the helm of Auburn Homes is Master Builder, Michelle Parks. Growing up in a real estate development and interior design family has laid the roots for her career. A Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Management gave her the additional tools needed to complete her skills package.
"Practical knowledge of the building trades such as framing, plumbing, and electrical are learned skills. Knowing how to put those practical elements together with architecture and design materials to create something truly special is what I bring to the table", Michelle says. "I love knowing that the home being built will be an integral part of a family's history and that they will make memories in this space; that’s always at the forefront of my mind. I am passionate about the process and if I am to put my name on it... it has to be excellent."
